I think that you can buy a house in Michigan for $20,000 or less. Rent should be about $200 a month!Which city/state in the US has the cheapest rental houses?
in portsmouth, ohio you can rent a 3 bdr 1 bath home for $300 month, mind you portsmouth sucks! but to say its the absolute cheapest, i cant but probably close.Which city/state in the US has the cheapest rental houses?
