Which are the cheapest rentals in GOA (preferably Panaji or margao) for cars?

I am planning to go to GOA on the 23rd of january with 3 of my friends. I was wondering if we could get a car or an open jeep for cheap. If anyone has any information then please help.Which are the cheapest rentals in GOA (preferably Panaji or margao) for cars?
Pl dont take that kind of adventure in Goa .its better hire a taxi and see entire Goa particularly wild GOA ,you may not heard .
