Do a search on kayak engine. It will check all car rental companies in Vegas and all major travel sites and return the cheapest rental rate for the day you choose..

Just know one-way rentals are always going to be more expensive because the car rental company has to pay to have the car returned to Vegas
I always have the best luck with Dollar Rent A Car. Daily rates as low as $10.00 sometimes but if you want ONE WAY it will cost you nearly as much if not more than an airline ticket even last minute!
If you are looking for a cheap way home, Greyhound will get you home in about 4-5 hours for about 50 bucks give or take!
