That's really not that much in Canberra for that price, and you'll be hard pressed to find a 3 bedroom for that. I'd suggest looking in Quenbeyan and in Tuggernong. Tuggeranong is way out from the city (about 30 mins by car if you're way out the bottom), and most 3 bedrooms are likely to be about $350 at the cheapest, but that general area sounds like more your speed.





Canberra property is at a premium, so a lot of people end up sharing to lessen the costs. I don't know what your situation is, but if you want something for that price sharing is your best option.

I agree with Mardy, that's to cheap for the Act and surrounding area. You might be able to get a one bedroom home with that money. Probably expecting 400 - 500 a week in the outer suburbs or Nsw towns near canberra for a 3 bedroom home. that'sunsafe
You won't find anything that cheap in Canberra, probably not in Quyenbeyan either.
