Varies - try Orbitz (they will give you prices from all the major agencies)
Budget, and believe me, you will get what you pay for. I remember one time, I reserved a car to be picked up at x time. When I got there (on time) they had zero cars, and about 8 or 10 other people waiting for their cars. Ended up going to Hertz, I won't use Budget again.
