Cheap rental trucks?

I am moving from Washington to Kentucky and am in need of a rental truck that is cheaper than $1000. I have checked, uhaul, budget, and penske.Cheap rental trucks?
That's a pretty long drive. Since you are going to be leaving the truck in your new state and not taking it back to Washington, I think you are going to have to go with one of the major places. I don't think you will have much luck finding anything under $1000. You might see if they would do a little negotiation with you. See if they can ';cut you a deal';?


It never hurts to ask.


You also may go into one of the local UHaul places instead of checking online only. The local place may be able to get you a better deal, whereas the online quotes are strickly by the numbers.
